I've stopped exactly here before.

I can't get over this disrespect, selfishness, lack of caring. Who is doing this?

The woman who oversees several Tim's franchises has yet to call me back, despite several messages. For over a month now I have been trying to get in touch with anyone who will talk to me about Tim's garbage. I've left numerous polite, patient messages, suggesting that I am willing to help. No response.
